Due to the consumable nature of our nutritional supplements and strict health and safety guidelines, we do not accept physical returns of any products once they have been dispatched and delivered.

While we cannot accept returns, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a "no questions asked" refund on the product's purchase price under the following conditions:

Product Amount Only: Approved refunds will strictly cover the cost of the products purchased. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis. Our primary goal is to ensure you receive the product you ordered in perfect condition, so we will typically arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing Time
Once you have submitted your eligible refund request via email, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to automatically reflect on your original method of payment. If you haven't received your approved refund after this timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card provider before following up with us.
